Raj has represented a number of Food & Beverage clients such as, Starbucks and Häagen-Dazs, find locations that fit the precise needs of their respective owners. Over the years, Raj has seen many different scenarios and situations that has helped him guide newer brands such as Gong Cha and Burger Village to the best fitting locations for each brand. With this level of proficiency, Raj has been able to take on the branch of Entertainment in this field as well helping clients such as, Urban Air Adventure Park and more that are in the works.
